Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Excise Case No. 8696 of 2019 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 447 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has remained in custody for more than two months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty thousand) with
