2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P. S. Case No.401 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471, 504, 341, 323, 379 and 506 of the I.P.C.

3. The accusation against the petitioner is that petitioner got prepared forged affidavit of informant's daughter showing himself as husband of informant's daughter and on the basis of aforesaid document, petitioner is said to have started blackmailing the informant as well as his daughter and also assaulted the informant.

4. Submission on behalf of the petitioner that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86971 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 affidavit, in question, bears signature of informant's daughter and the aforesaid affidavit does not bear the signature of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that moreover, the informant's daughter has not made any complaint against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P. S. Case No.401 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
