Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 447 and 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is no specific overt act alleged against this petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5383 of 2020(4) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-5th, Saran, in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of three months. He is required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
