In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 21.06.2018 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court MJC No.5353 of 2019(5) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 No. 12818 of 2001 as also in compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 03.11.2023, the admissible outstanding dues to the tune of Rs. 5,30,225/- has already been paid to the legal heir of the deceased employee i.e. Smt. Kunti Sharma, wife of Late Kapildeo Sharma, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof, has been complained of, has stood complied with. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate her subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.

The petition stands disposed off.
