2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is with regard to the nature of land. He is treating the land to be commercial but the payment has been made treating the land as agricultural.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner is aggrieved with the quantum of compensation amount and he has got remedy by way of appeal before the District Judge under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.

4. In view of aforesaid submissions made on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3811 of 2020(5) dt.06-11-2023 2/2 the parties, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the concerned District Judge i.e. District Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua for redressal of his grievance under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User In Land) Act, 1962. If such appeal is filed, the concerned District Judge shall condone the delay in filing such appeal and pass appropriate order within a period of six months from the date of filing such appeal.

5. With the aforesaid direction / observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
