The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 384, 406, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that earlier also the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53020 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5266 of 2020(8) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 The petitioner has again approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

No new ground has been raised by the petitioner in the present bail petition.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
