Complain of the petitioner is that she has lodged her appeal before the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai on 17.01.2019 assailing the order of the District Programme Officer dated 10.01.2019, which is kept pending till date.
Counsel for the State submits that under new
Patna High Court CWJC No.1875 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 guidelines, competent authority is the Divisional Commissioner. In view of rival submissions, this court would dispose of the writ petition, if no decision has been taken by respondent no.2, let appeal of the petitioner be transmitted to the competent authority under due intimation to the petitioner. Current competent authority, i.e. newly added respondent no.6 should proceed thereafter expeditiously and without any undue delay to adjudicate her claim in accordance with law and after hearing the concerned parties.
Writ petition is disposed of.
