Vide order dated 02.03.2020, notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 and provisional bail was also granted to the petitioner.

Office has pointed out that notice issued upon opposite party no. 2 under both process was returned unserved with report of process server that notice has not been served to opposite party no. 2 because she has got second marriage and address could not be located.

Considering the fact that opposite party no. 2 solemnized second marriage, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 02.03.2020 is hereby confirmed.
