The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 405 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 382 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is a young boy. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
