Patna High Court CWJC No.1991 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 dispute between the partners who have been given the outlet dealership, the outlet is not being run properly. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an interference by this Court in the shape of a direction to the Indian Oil Corporation/respondent to look into the matter and mediate.
This Court is afraid, this forum cannot be used for the aforesaid purposes. While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that the Title Suit with respect of the some of the issues is pending before a competent civil court.
In that view of the matter, this Court restrains from passing any order in the present petition. The records of this case is consigned.
The petition is disposed off as such.
