ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2019 in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.357 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the stolen motorcycle was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from one Rohit Patel. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86854 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.357 of 2019.
