JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) For directing the respondent authorities to make payment to the petitioner for the period from March 2016 to October 2016, which comes to the tune of Rs. 1,02,000/- on the ground that for the same period, the amount payable to the petitioner of rent of Tractor bearing Registration No. BR-06GB-3347 which was provided by the petitioner on daily wages rent, i.e. Rs. 600/- per day to the Municipal Work.
ii) For directing the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner 6% interest on the admitted dues on the ground that the amount was not paid to the petitioner on

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be adjudicated on merits and disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter and in case admitted dues are found payable, the same shall also be paid within a further period of four weeks, therefrom. It is needless to state that in case of non-adherence of the time frame, as aforesaid, the principle amount of admitted outstanding dues, found payable, would carry interest @ 9% per annum with effect from the date the amount had become due. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
