2. The present modification application has been filed for extension of time, as the petitioner could not surrender before the learned District Court in time prescribed by this Court in order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 72673 of 2025.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 27.02.2026.

4. The order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2400 of 2026(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 72673 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
