JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kharik P. S. Case No. 101 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504, 34 of IPC. So far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of assault to the informant and the injuries are grievous in nature, which will appear from the impugned order. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are in the petitioner's side also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he has to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be
