The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.9232 of 2019, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No.802 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(3) and 41(1)

(2) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25-1(A-A) of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of several bottles, containing Indian Made Foreign Liquor in the volume of 927.435 liters, from the house of the petitioner from where the petitioner was also apprehended with 4 live cartridges and one empty magazine.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87215 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.9232 of 2019, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No.802 of 2019.
