In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. As there is direct allegation against the petitioner to have involved in committing the murder of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
