2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 140(3), 123, 319( 2 ), 318( 4 ), 61( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners, along with other named accused persons, fraudulently got the land of informant, namely, Asha Devi, registered in their favour by kidnapping and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5424 of 2026(2) dt.03-02-2026 2/2 administering narcotic pills to the son of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are bona fide purchasers of the land in question and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, dispute involves sale and purchase of land which is purely of civil nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
