Bahadurpur P.S. case No. 486 of 2019 has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and the allegation against the petitioner is that Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from his house, in my view, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and, accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed being not maintainable.
