JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 After some arguments Mr. Ajay Kumar Jha, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the LIC authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner on the ground that he has extended the generator facility in the LIC office for a long time and there has not been any complaint against him from any quarter.
