Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 411, 413, 120B IPC was added later on.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67718 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 404 of 2019.
