The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections341, 323, 498(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and he is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity, statement to that effect has also been made in paragraph-12 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85988 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 petition. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019.
