The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 304, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are relatives of the informant and her husband. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.3523 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
