The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in brief is that the complainant Kiran Devi her marriage was solemnized with accused Amrit Kant Bishwas on 15.05.2015 in accordance with Hindu Rites and Customs. It is alleged that the petitioners used to torture her mentally and physically for want of cash Rs. One lakh and it went to the extend that the petitioners assaulted and ousted from her matrimonial home retraining her belongings. It is also

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 and 3 are the Bhaisure and Gotani of the complainant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific over act against the petitioners.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IXth, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1029 of 2017, Tr. No. 1778/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
