2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"I. That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate order/orders/direction/ directions/ writ in the nature of Certiorari to Set aside the result of Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj Sirnawan dated 5.7.2019 by which the Respondent No. 7 has been elected as Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj

Patna High Court CWJC No.1475 of 2020 dt.29-01-2020 2/2 Sirnawan Block Chandi District- Nalanda for payment ad Managing committee without any notification of Gram Sabha and without information to the Ward Member of Gram Panchayat Raj Sirnawan Block Chandi DistrictNalanda. II) Any further for issuance of a order/orders direction/directions/writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner as ward member of the Ward No. 7 and other ward of the said Panchayat for welfare the Gram Panchayat Raj Sirnawan Block Chandi District- Nalanda.

III) Any further be pleased to grant other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for."

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties for sometime, the Court finds that both the pleadings and the materials on record are thoroughly inadequate for proper consideration by the Court.
