The petitioner has prayed as under :

"(I) For issuance of an appropriate order/orders/direction/directs/writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dt 20.04.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda, vide Letter N o. 753 Biharsharif dated 20.04.2019 whereby and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4413 of 2020(2) dt.18-11-2022 2/2 whereunder the petitioner has been dismissed for service and directed to Institute first information report and to recover the amount of service period in Certificate Case No. 01/19-20 without applying the Judicial mind.

(II) And further be pleased to pass an order/orders/direction/directions writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and Commanding to the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits.

(III) And further be pleased to grant other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for." Apparently the petitioner was holding a post of Panchayat Teacher.

Keeping in view the provision of Rules of 2020 and the judgment passed by this Court in the judgment dated 23.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) B.L.J., 381 and the judgment dated 07.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), the writ petitioner is free to challenge the order of dismissal before the concerned appellate authority.
