2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110, 329(3), 117(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are alleged to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 assaulted the victim due to which the victim sustained grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

7. So far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, she is a woman and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.

8. Let the petitioner no. 3, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada/ concerned Court below in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
