2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 300 of 2025, for offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The recovery is of 6 cartridges from the joint house of the petitioner. The petitioner was not caught on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of petitioner, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Barh, Patna/concerned Court below, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 300 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
