JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 495 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 34 of IPC. As per prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons came and there is specific allegation against one Ravi that he assaulted the informant by knife twice on the head and thigh of the informant, causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the F.I.R. Later on, he has been made accused and any allegation of assault has been attributed against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87128 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 495 of 2019.
