ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2019 in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.292 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No.1981/18 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and since the petitioner is a social worker, the alleged recoveries have been saddled on his shoulders. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
