JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 The present petition has been brought under the heading "to be mentioned" for correction of a typographical error which has crept in the second last paragraph of the order dated 29.05.2020 at page no. 3 thereof. It is pointed out that the PS case number has been wrongly mentioned as Vijaypur PS case no. 135 of 2019, whereas the same should be read as Vijaypur PS case no. 131 of 2019.

Accordingly, it is directed that the P.S. case number mentioned in second last paragraph at page no. 3 of the order dated 29.03.2019 be read as Vijaypur PS case no. 131 of 2019. The order dated 29.05.2020 stands amended to the aforesaid extent.
