JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.10.2019. It is alleged that the petitioner was not involved in committing the offence as he was not named in the FIR. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the submission that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent; nothing was recovered from his conscious possession and even he was not named in the FIR, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

No.1050 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Purushottampur P.S.
