JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that due to typographical error in prayer portion of memo of the anticipatory bail petition, in place of "Bettiah Town(Kalibagh) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017", it has wrongly been typed as "Bettiah Town(Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019", and due to above stated error, the same error has occurred in last paragraph of order dated 14.02.2020. Accordingly, learned counsel of the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in prayer portion of anticipatory bail petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel of the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in prayer portion of anticipatory bail petition within course of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87040 of 2019(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 day.

In order No. 2 dated 14.2.2020, in place of "Bettiah Town(Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019", it be read as "Bettiah Town(Kalibagh) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017", and time of surrender of petitioner is also extended six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned and, accordingly, order dated 14.2.2020 stands modified to the above stated extent only.
