Learned counsels are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual court proceedings from their homes, all with the aid of audio visual technology.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has been sent copy of a communication dated 01.07.2020 issued by the Director-in-Chief to the Civil Surgeon cum- Chief Medical Officer. Pursuant thereto the Incharge the Civil Surgeon cum-

Patna High Court CWJC No.991 of 2020(4) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 Chief Medical Officer has also written to the District Provident Fund Officer to Authorize Respondent no.5 the payment of the petitioner and make payment of the same. So far as the Group Insurance is concerned, similar direction has been issued to the concerned.

Since no dispute has been raised regarding admissibility of the petitioner's claim, the matter need not be kept pending. The Authorities would be under a legal obligation to make payment of due and admissible amounts under General Provident Fund and Group Insurance to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with statutory interest admissible till the date of payment. The Authority would be under a legal obligation to communicate to the petitioner details of calculation of the amounts being paid.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
