Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against petitioner and other co-accused is of assaulting the son of informant by means of Baletha on his head, as a result of which his son died.

Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
