2. This writ petition has been filed for granting promotion to the petitioner from the due date i.e. the date from which the juniors to the petitioner have promoted and to pay all consequential benefits of his promotion from the due date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
