2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 303(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners and other two coaccused persons are alleged to have assaulted son of informant. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. In the facts & circumstances of the case as well as nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 633 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
