JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jadopur P. S. Case No.98 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of IPC.

On secret information police raided the house of the petitioner and recovered one stolen motorcycle. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that motorcycle is purchased which will appear Annexure-2, and there is no seizure list witness in the seizure list. He is in custody for about four months, having no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has also been submitted and there is no chance of tempering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87073 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur P. S. Case No.98 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
