The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30726 of 2019 vide order dated 08.05.2019. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.3574 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018.
