Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.747 of 2017 dated 13.12.2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibtion Act.
Allegation of demand of Rs.50,000/- for the business and for that assaulted her and also miscarriaged her pregnancy. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegations are false and he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care and that stand he has taken before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.183 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Addl. Sessions Judge also while considering the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner but the same has not been considered.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No.747 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
