2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., nine unknown miscreants riding on three motorcycles intercepted motorcycle of informant and his friend on the point of pistol, while they were returning from a birthday party and snatched their Driving License, Aadhaar Cards and other valuable documents. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation and he has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91539 of 2025(2) dt.19-01-2026 2/2 is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
