1. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment of this Court dated 27.03.2014, passed in CWJC No.8079 of 2006, has substantially stood complied with inasmuch as the petitioner has been reinstated in service but she has been paid wages only from the date of reappointment and not from the date of initial appointment, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are available under the law to agitate her grievances, regarding

Patna High Court MJC No.5335 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 payment of wages for the period she was not in service on account of no fault of hers. Liberty so sought is granted.
