JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2020 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22026 of 2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if no substantive progress is made in trial.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has been in custody since 14.01.2019 and uptil now no substantive progress is made in trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the report from which, it appears that no substantive progress has been made in Trial.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1308 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th A.D.J., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
