Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86256 of 2019(7) dt.23-03-2022 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 467, 468, 379, 420/34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner, Deepak Kumar, who is in CRPF took Rs. 28 lacs from the informant at the pretext of providing service in CRPF. The petitioner, Deepak Kumar, as per allegation, also asked the informant that he may provide service to other persons also. At the assurance of the petitioner, Deepak Kumar, the informant collected Rs. 28 lacs from some persons and provided to Deepak Kumar through different bank accounts. When the informant and other persons from whom the money was collected were not provided service, the informant went to demand his money whereupon petitioner Amit Kumar and petitioner Ram Pravesh Singh who are respectively brother and father of the petitioner Deepak Kumar assaulted the informant. The main allegation of receiving money of Rs.

28 lacs at the pretext of providing job is on petitioner, Deepak Kumar. The witnessess in paragraph No. 6 and 7 have supported the case. In supervision note the case was also found true against the accused persons. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, Deepak Kumar, is rejected.

No.86256 of 2019(7) dt.23-03-2022 3/3 are concerned, there is no allegation against them for demand of money, as such, let them, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
