2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P. S. Case No.205 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C.
3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within one year of her marriage. The claim of the informant is that she was done to death on account of nonfulfilment of dowry demand, but claim of the petitioner is that the deceased died of her ailments and after death of the deceased, proper information was given to informant and others and after arrival of informant and others, the cremation of dead body of deceased took place, but subsequently, on the next day
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86772 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 of cremation, the informant lodged this case with ulterior motive.
4. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
6. However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the mind of the competent Court while considering the regular bail application of the petitioner. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) vikash U T
