Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S.Case No.08 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Panchayat Secretary and he has not submitted folders relating to appointment of Panchayat Teacher with respect to the year, 2003-2007.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has joined in the year, 2017 and he has not got charge of the records and he has informed about the same to the Block Development Officer he is still ready to co-operate in

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission, as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S.Case No08 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation as well as in any proceeding initiated/to be initiated against him and appear before them as and when required, otherwise the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
