Petitioner is accused in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from him. Only one mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.10.2019.
