The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mashrak P.S.Case no.272 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on the ground that the petitioners and others had threatened earlier, he has been made accused and there is nothing against the petitioner whereas the informant himself lodged an information to the S.P., Saran taking the name of two other accused persons in the kidnapping of his daughter.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1628 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 4.10.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S.Case No.272 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
