The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/687/19, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 600 bottles, each containing 300 ml Nepali Saufi wine from the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case
