2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"(i) For commanding the Respondent University to send names of students as per intake capacity of 50 students for admission in M.Ed. course of 2025-2027 session in Vishun Rajdeo Teacher Training College, Kiratpur Rajaram, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali as 44 seats of M.Ed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1292 of 2026(2) dt.02-04-2026 2/3 course of 2025-2027 session are vacant.

(ii) For commanding the Respondent University to allow the college in question to conduct entrance examination of M.Ed. course 2025-2027 session to fill up 50 intake of students as the same process of admission is followed in several Universities.

(iii) For grant of any other reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 05.12.2025 vide Annexure-P/9 before the Examination Controller, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur which continues to be pending. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction be issued to the Examination Controller, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Examination Controller, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2025 vide Annexure-P/9 within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Examination Controller, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur should be a reasoned and speaking order. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to the relief which has been claimed through the representation, the same shall be extended to the petitioner within a further period of one month from the date of passing of the final order.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
