The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the case rests on suspicion and circumstantial evidence, the petitioner, who is the wife of the deceased, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019.
